VILLAS MARIA-LINA with private pool by the sea

Two separate villas, sharing pool & beach, without air-condition. Can be rented separately or together.

Location: Kommeno - 12 Km from Corfu Town

Position: Elevated on gentle hillside with magnificent view over the Kommeno bay and Corfu Town .

VILLA MARIA - Situated directly by the pool

Very well decorated and provides the best view to the open sea.

By main entrance we have one master twin bedded bamboo bedroom with its own bathroom and small dressing room.

One double bedded bedroom and one with up & down beds, idyllic for children, both sharing the in between shower/wc.

At the ground floor of the villa, is situated one big sitting room with fire place, TV, big dinning room and fully equipped kitchen.

The house has several large verandahs offering magnificent views.

VILLA LINA :

Situated directly behind Villa Maria and enjoys part of the view to the bay.

The house is decorated very moderate and simple.

By the entrance we have the sitting room and the dining room, as well as the kitchen (smaller) plus one WC.

At the first floor we have one double bedroom with bath.

Two twin bedded rooms, small ones sharing the same bath/wc.

Also at the same floor we have one small studio with its own shower. It has a private entrance by the garden and can be offered as connected by the verandah.

Rates include cleaning 6 times per week, linen/towel change 2 times per week.
