The distance from Corfu town is approx. 8 km, whilst the villa neighbors with the well-known spectacular-looking Achilleion Palace , the 19th cent. summer palace of Empress Elizabeth of Austria .
 

The villa consists of a total of 4 levels , including:

A spacious 240 sq.m. ground floor games room area on the swimming pool area level, featuring a spacious lounge with bar, comfortable sitting area, table tennis, billiard, a range of table games, a specially converted space for video games, and a fully equipped gym with own bathroom facilities. On the same level there is also a double bedroom and shower room.

First floor: 196 sq.m. in size , consisting of a very spacious drawing room with dinning area and fire place, a dreamy master bedroom with separate dressing room and en-suite luxurious bathroom, a second twin bedroom with shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area . All rooms lead out to an extensive furnished veranda of 80sq.m.

Second floor : 196 sq.m. in size, consisting of a spacious lounge with dinning area , a large open plan fully equipped kitchen , a well proportioned master bedroom with separate dressing room and large en-suite shower room. On the same level, there is also another double bedroom with own shower room. All rooms lead to a large furnished veranda of 80sq.m. This floor, via an internal staircase, extends to a large 196 sq.m. attic room , furnished with wooden ceilings.

Attic : consisting of two (2) twin bedrooms , a fully spacious study room that can accommodate another 2 guests, if necessary, and bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by large beautiful landscaped gardens consisting of many levels, accessed by stairs or path, planted with Mediterranean and exotic trees and plants. It features a large free shaped swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi . Close by, an iron pergola covering an al fresco dining area , offers a romantic setting for tea or dinners in summer. Also in the garden, there is a well-protected children's playground with swings, slide and other recreational features.

All living quarters and outdoor spaces are professionally and tastefully designed and decorates with modern furnishings , using luxurious fabrics and materials . The villa has air conditioning in all indoor spaces and double glazing to ensure maximum comfort and tranquility to all its guests. In addition, the villa is technologically equipped and provides satellite TV, DVD players, HiFi systems, ISDN lines & regular telephone lines in various areas. Fax machines and laptops can also be provided on request, by prior arrangements.

A cook and other personnel and services are available on request basis.

Taxi service and car hire with or without local driver can also be arranged on request.

Rates include cleaning 3 times per week, linen/towel change 3 times per week.
